This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”). It explains how nfyio, operated by Hilal Technologic (the “data controller” / “veri sorumlusu”), processes your personal data. It complements our Privacy Policy, which also covers GDPR.
1. Data Controller
Hilal Technologic operates the nfyio developer cloud and acts as the data controller for personal data processed through the website and platform. Where you store end-user data in your own projects, you act as the controller and nfyio acts as your data processor.
2. Personal Data We Process
- Identity & contact: name, email address, company, job title.
- Account & authentication: credentials, session and security logs.
- Financial: billing details processed via our payment providers.
- Usage & technical: IP address, device/browser data, log records, cookies.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Creating and managing your account and projects
- Providing, securing, and improving the services
- Processing payments and managing subscriptions
- Providing support and responding to your requests
- Meeting legal, accounting, and reporting obligations
- Preventing fraud and abuse
4. Legal Grounds (KVKK Art. 5–6)
We process personal data on the following grounds:
- Performance of a contract to which you are a party
- Compliance with our legal obligations
- Our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights
- Your explicit consent, where required
5. Data Region & Transfers
Customer projects run in a Turkey (TR) or EU data region. Where personal data is transferred to a sub-processor outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards permitted by KVKK and the GDPR, such as explicit consent or standard contractual clauses.
6. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed
- Request information about the processing
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom data is transferred, in Turkey or abroad
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request erasure or destruction of your data
- Object to results arising from automated analysis of your data
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
7. How to Exercise Your Rights
You can submit a KVKK request by emailing team@nfyio.com or via our contact page. We will respond within 30 days, as required by KVKK. You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu).
